Sometimes everything just aligns from the right marketing price, creating the right marketing content from professional photography to videos and a great viewing experience with an engaging agent ✨
This is the second home in the past month that has changed to us from another agent, after the seller was feeling let down about poor service. There are some great agents out there so ALWAYS do your research before committing to selling your home.
