"This was our first home. We knew we wanted a house with a garden and not to be too far from Edinburgh. The house is only 5 minutes from the shopping centre and also Livingston South train station. We love the patio doors out to the garden, especially in Summer. We’ve used the patio for a hot tub and also for a fire pit and some cosy garden furniture when it’s colder, there’s an outside tap and plug socket for whatever garden activities you fancy! Our favourite room is definitely the upstairs bathroom, the underfloor heating and jacuzzi bath make for a cosy little sanctuary after a long day at work! We will miss the built in wardrobes - I don’t think we’ll ever have a house with so much storage. The nearby Murieston Trails is great for walking the dog."
