"We bought the house for its large private garden and view on Pentlands from our master bedroom. It's in close proximity to the nurseries, primary and secondary schools and two play parks. Our all day sunny garden is well established with plants, and in the summertime we have been sitting on our decking with the fire pit on and watching the stars. We had so many great bbq parties with our friends but also our lovely neighbours. We also love how we redecorated our home in a fresh, modern but neutral look these renovations created. Our favourite room is the large open space living room and dining room, which creates a lovely and spacious atmosphere for both family time as well as guests invited for dinners. Within the local area, The Volunteer Arms which is just down the road.
