"We loved the space and the potential of the house when we first viewed it. The location was perfect, close to family friends and also for commuting to work in Edinburgh. The positioning of the house puts it at the end of a quiet street and with no neighbours directly at the back it is very private. The size of the garden is perfect for having family and friends around when the weather is good which is also a good time to sit and have lunch out there in the summer while working from home. The town centre is very close by and easy to access, we love to visit The Dine for a meal out and regularly watch the local team play at Albyn Park both of which are less than 10-15 minutes on foot."
