"We bought the house for its proximity to schools and the main street with the ability to walk to the local amenities rather than take the car. The abundance of storage is a great plus point - garage, attic room, eves, shed, downstairs cupboard. We love the garden and spend lots of time during the summer months socialising, playing with the kids in the enclosed garden and watching the canal boats go by. Our favourite room is the dining room at 4pm when the light shines through the patio doors. Sitting at the table with a cup of tea - a moment of calm before preparing the evening meal! We will miss our friendly neighbours in the cul-de-sac and the connection with the outside space. The canal path is our connection to the rest of Broxburn away from the traffic.
